Currently serving as the Executive Director of Customer Experience for Ipsos in New Zealand and Asia Pacific, Lance is also a co-founder and Director of Business Strategy & Experience at SHAPE, a consultancy specializing in sports and experience methodologies. With a background in customer experience strategy at AsureQuality and digital strategy at Bank of New Zealand, Lance has held multiple leadership roles that emphasize customer engagement and brand reputation. Additionally, Lance is an active board member of the Research Association New Zealand. Currently pursuing a Master of Technological Futures in Digital Innovation and Disruptive Technology, Lance's career encompasses extensive experience in shaping customer experiences in both banking and consulting environments.
