Customer Experience Research Analyst

Lina Benadada is a Customer Experience Research Analyst at Ipsos since January 2024, responsible for designing questionnaires, monitoring fieldwork, and analyzing study results to formulate strategic recommendations. As the Founder and CEO of Maison LB, Lina established a brand specializing in artisanal lifestyle raffia creations.
