LiYun YAN is a Senior Data Scientist at Ipsos since August 2021, with prior experience as a PhD Student in Natural Language Processing at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales from September 2015 to July 2021, where linguistic and computational methods for Opinion Mining were developed. Responsibilities included automatic data collection, pre-processing, feature extraction, and inference classification. LiYun also served as a lecturer at INALCO in Informatics and Programming. Previous roles include leading the Chinese team at ASLC-Tongji, teaching Chinese, and working as a Computational Linguist at SYSTRAN, focusing on Named Entity Recognition and Machine Translation.
