Marlyn Smith

Marlyn Smith is the Director of Human Resources at Ipsos in North America, where they have been instrumental in supporting HR initiatives across various teams since 2017. Prior to this role, Marlyn held the position of Senior Manager in Human Resources, collaborating with senior leaders to enhance HR practices from 2014 to 2023, and served as a Manager of Human Resources from 2002 to 2014. With a background that includes over 14 years at Hudson's Bay Company as a Human Resources Manager, Marlyn has extensive experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, and development for large teams. Marlyn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Ecology/Human Resources from the University of Manitoba, completing their studies in 1988.
