Matthew Jones is a Vice President of Creative Excellence with over 10 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. They began their career as a Research Analyst Intern at GfK Custom Research North America in 2010 and later worked at Ipsos Reid as a Research Associate focused on qualitative research. Matthew's roles at Ipsos evolved from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager and then to Director of Creative Excellence Canada. They are currently focused on ad and copy testing, building upon their extensive background in qualitative methodologies. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Applied Languages from Carleton University and a Graduate degree in Research Analyst Program from Georgian College.
