Mauricio Ramírez Jáuregui is the Head of UX - LATAM at Ipsos, where they lead the UX team and focus on enhancing user experiences through qualitative research and Design Thinking. With over 15 years of experience, Mauricio has participated in more than 500 projects across LATAM for major clients including Google, Facebook, and Spotify. Mauricio earned a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a Licentiate degree in Economics from Universidad de Guadalajara.
