Pawel Predko

Pawel Predko is the Operations Director at Ipsos, where they manage an Operations Department of 50-60 people and oversee budgets and project management. With extensive experience in data collection systems and market research strategies, they have been responsible for delivering all Exit Poll surveys in Poland since 2004. Pawel previously held various leadership roles at TNS, including Data Director and Head of Data Processing Department, where they contributed to merger projects and advanced statistical analyses. They hold a Master's degree from the University of Warsaw and a High School diploma in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from the Technical School in Gizycko.
