Stephanie Shinn

Stephanie Shinn is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter Team Lead at Ipsos since March 2022, Stephanie manages the Executive Recruitment life cycle across Europe and North America. Previously, Stephanie held roles including Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter and HR Adviser at Youth Policy Institute, Senior Finance and Accounting Recruiter at Conexus, and Staffing Consultant/Recruiter positions at AppleOne Employment Services and Randstad USA, where focus was on recruiting Finance leaders. Additionally, Stephanie served as a Paralegal with the US Army, providing legal support within the Judge Advocate General's office. Stephanie holds a BA in Political Science from Whittier College and has pursued studies in Political Science and Government at Alma College.
