Stephanie Shinn

Stephanie Shinn is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter Team Lead at Ipsos since March 2022, Shinn manages the end-to-end Executive Recruitment life cycle for Full-Time positions in Europe and North America while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. Previous roles include Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter and HR Adviser at the Youth Policy Institute, Senior Finance and Accounting Recruiter at CONEXUS, and Staffing Consultant at both AppleOne Employment Services and Randstad USA. Shinn holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, and National Security Studies from Whittier College and an Associate's degree in Political Science and Government from Alma College.
