Tony Gao

Tony Gao has over two decades of experience in finance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Ipsos in China since November 2013, where responsibilities include leading teams of over 40 professionals in various financial functions. Prior to Ipsos, Tony held the position of China Financial Controller at Pearson China, managing all financial and accounting matters within the organization. Previous roles include Senior Controller and Regional Finance Manager at Microsoft Corporation, as well as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Dell. Tony's career began as Analyst Group Lead at the Government of Ontario. Tony Gao holds an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Economics in International Business from Xiamen University.
