Dr. Victoria Hoverman is a senior research director with over 17 years of experience in social science research, particularly in designing and managing both quantitative and qualitative studies. Currently, they serve as Treasurer for the Allegany County Commission for Women and are a Senior Research Director at Ipsos, where they continue to apply their extensive skills in project management and mentorship. Dr. Hoverman has also held various teaching positions across multiple institutions, contributing to the education and development of students and young professionals in sociology and research methodologies.
