Virginia Armas is a seasoned professional in qualitative research with extensive experience in multicultural and Hispanic/Latinx markets. Currently serving as a Senior Qualitative Research Strategist at Ipsos since January 2020, Virginia also contributes to the DEI Council. Virginia began working at Ipsos in January 2012, where roles included Hispanic/Latinx Expert Moderator. Previous positions include Senior Global Research Director and Senior Consumer Insights Director at Synovate from 2003 to 2012, and Research Associate at Juarez & Associates, Inc. from 2001 to 2002. Earlier career experience includes serving as PR Director for the Multicultural division at HES from 1995 to 2001. Virginia's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and an ABD from the University of Southern California, along with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Deusto.
