Anna Prince (Ricci) has extensive experience in customer support and team management across various industries. Currently serving as the AI & Automation Strategy Manager for Customer Support at IPSY since April 2025, Anna previously held roles at Curology, including Senior Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Manager, where notable achievements included establishing a retention team and achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Additional experience includes leadership positions at AT&T, managing retail operations and sales teams, as well as entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Cape and Crown Co, a children's party entertainment business.
