Betsy Farhat is a seasoned corporate attorney with over 25 years of experience in legal advisory roles, currently serving as Director, Assistant General Counsel at IPSY since March 2021 and a DeputyGC Member at TechGC since March 2023. Betsy has a strong background in corporate transactional law, having previously worked at Axiom as a Corporate Attorney from September 2013 to February 2021, and served as Of Counsel at Horgan, Rosen, Beckham & Coren, L.L.P. from October 2005 to January 2017. Early career experience includes a role as Corporate Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from September 1996 to August 2003. Betsy's expertise encompasses M&A transactions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and complex commercial contracts. Educational qualifications include a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
