Carole Yein has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Carole is currently working at IPSY as the Director of FP&A Revenue & Growth. Carole also has experience at Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Senior Analyst in Demand Planning & Supply Chain Operations, as well as in Finance & Accounting for Sony Pictures Television. Carole began their career at Sanrio, Inc. in Consumer Products Licensing.

Carole Yein pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2006 to 2010. Later, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2015 and 2018.
