Denise Lin

Denise Lin is an accomplished professional in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Director of Sourcing, Procurement, and Inbound at IPSY since March 2020. Previous roles at IPSY include Director of Sourcing and Procurement, as well as Senior Manager for sourcing and procurement for ITEM Beauty, Complex Culture, and Tresluce Beauty. Denise's prior experience includes being a founding member and Director of Product Operations at Volition Beauty, where responsibilities included overseeing the development and launch of the brand's product line. At HCT Packaging Inc., Denise managed over 45 custom cosmetics projects and was rapidly promoted from Project Coordinator to Project Manager. Earlier in the career journey, Denise held the position of Apparel Manager/Social Media Manager at ZooShoo, where significant growth in social media followers and sales was achieved. Denise holds an Associate's degree in Beauty Industry Marketing and Merchandising from FIDM and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
