Kaitlyn Tyner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development, instructional coaching, and education. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Training & Development at IPSY since March 2022, Kaitlyn leads a global training team to enhance customer service initiatives through strategic training programs. In April 2023, Kaitlyn became the Owner of DK Lifestyle Coaching, focusing on promoting balanced, healthy lifestyles for clients. Previously, Kaitlyn held roles including Secondary Language Arts Instructional Coach at Conroe Independent School District, where responsibilities included designing professional development, onboarding new employees, and implementing data-driven coaching strategies, along with teaching and coaching at various educational institutions. Kaitlyn holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University.
