Peter Mostachetti

Peter Mostachetti, LMSW has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Peter has recently served as the Senior Director and Director of Employee Experience, Learning & Inclusion at IPSY, where they focused on supporting the professional and personal growth of team members and creating an inclusive work culture. Prior to that, they were the Global People & Culture Leader at Kyndryl and IBM, where they played a key role in driving workforce transformation and leadership development initiatives. Peter has also held positions as a Vice President of the Board of Directors at The Children's Home of Kingston and as a Team Leader and Backup Administrator at IBM. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in employee experience, learning and inclusion, workforce transformation, leadership development, and project management.

Peter Mostachetti, LMSW, holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University at Albany, SUNY, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus from 1993 to 1997. Peter is also a certified clinical trauma professional and a licensed social worker in the State of New York. In addition to their educational background, Peter has obtained various certifications from IBM, including patent issuance, certified manager, and recognized speaker/presenter.
