Stella Hernandez

Stella Hernandez is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in service operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as Program Manager - Service Operations at IPSY since October 2019, Stella previously held roles including Senior Supervisor Member Experience and Customer Service Supervisor. Prior to IPSY, Stella worked as Digital Service Supervisor at Boxy Charm and as Executive Team Leader - Service and Engagement at Target, where responsibilities included team management and driving sales performance. Early career experiences include a Wholesale Internship at Bottega Veneta and leadership roles in event coordination for pageant organizations. Stella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has foundational studies in Liberal Arts from Valencia College.
