Susan Muramoto

Susan Muramoto is a seasoned copywriter and communications professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Copywriting at IPSY since January 2020, Susan previously held multiple copywriting roles, including Senior Copywriter and Copywriter. At the Stanford Alumni Association from October 2017 to January 2020, Susan crafted original marketing materials, advocated for content standards, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Prior to that, at PBS SoCal, Susan managed membership communications, executed successful fundraising campaigns, and organized events, significantly increasing membership growth. Earlier experience includes serving as a Communications Specialist at House of Balsamic, focusing on social media and email marketing. Susan earned a Bachelor's degree in Literary Journalism from UC Irvine in 2012.
