Winne Yan

Winne Yan began their work experience in 2013 as a Business Operations Analyst Intern at Kaiser Permanente. In 2014, they worked as a Workforce Management Analyst Intern at Disney Parks & Resorts and as an Operations Analyst (Contractor) at Quad. The following year, they became a Staffing Analyst at Disney Parks & Resorts. In 2016, Winne joined IPSY as a Business Analyst, later transitioning to Senior Business Analyst. They then took on the role of Merchandise Planner, Commerce before becoming a Customization Strategist. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Strategist, Commerce & Customization before ultimately assuming the position of Principal, Growth Manager in 2023.

Winne Yan attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
