Silvana Toppi

Silvana Toppi serves as the Group Head of Digital Administration, Finance & Control at A2A since March 2024, leading the transformation of digital culture and processes within the organization. Additionally, Silvana holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at IPT PowerTech Group and as a Board Member of ANDAF since March 2021. Previously, Silvana was a finance manager at HP, where responsibilities included business support and risk management, and contributed to Vodafone in various senior roles, including Head of Business Intelligence and Global Enterprise Bid Manager, achieving significant contract successes and overseeing major finance projects. Silvana's educational background includes an MBA from Henley Business School, complemented by specialized training as a Non-Executive Director through programs at Valore D and Transpire Network.
