Simal Wild is currently the Director of People & Development at ipt Innovation Process Technology, where they focus on mentoring, coaching, and learning & development. Previously, Simal held roles in HR and business development at companies such as JobCloud AG and swisselect, where they were involved in candidate care, recruiting, and marketing strategies. Simal has a strong educational background, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from ZHAW and a CAS in HR Marketing from the same institution. Their passion for people and employer branding has remained a consistent theme throughout their career.
