Sina Bachmann

Sina Bachmann is an experienced HR consultant currently serving as the Director of People & Development at ipt Innovation Process Technology, where they focus on coaching, talent acquisition, and learning initiatives. Previously, Sina held the role of Management Trainee in Human Resources at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and worked as a project manager at Fuhrer & Hotz AG. They earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Psychology and Economics from Universität Zürich, as well as a CAS in systemic solution-oriented brief counseling from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
