Bill Spies

Bill Spies is currently a Senior Product Owner at IPT Associates, where they assist the FAA in implementing a contract management solution. With 25 years of experience in technology, Bill has led significant projects, such as the launch of the ULearn LMS product, which generated $100 million in revenue. They have also built high-performing Agile teams and successfully reduced development costs while increasing release frequency. Prior to their current role, Bill held various positions, including Senior Technical Consultant at 7th Fairway Consulting and Product Manager at ANCILE Solutions, where they implemented SaaS products and drove improvements in customer satisfaction. Bill holds a BS in Marketing from Salisbury University and completed additional coursework at the University of Pennsylvania.
