Bill W. is the CEO of IPTA, where they oversee strategy, operations, and business development, delivering technology solutions to the US federal government. With over 18 years at IPTA and a background as a retired US Air Force Lt. Col., Bill has significant experience in federal acquisition and program management. They previously managed a team at the US Air Force Academy and coached women's basketball at Pelham High School. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Military History from the United States Air Force Academy and is certified in SAFe® Scrum methodologies.
