Francisco Cadena

Francisco Cadena is an experienced project manager with a robust background in engineering and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at IPTE since November 2022, Francisco leads projects from purchase order receipt to client acceptance. Prior experience includes managing projects at Fives Cinetic Corp. from April 2018 to October 2022, overseeing all aspects from RFQ to payment, while collaborating closely with support departments. As Continuous Improvement and Program Manager at Sargent Aerospace & Defense, a focus on project scheduling and cost management was key. Francisco's earlier roles involved operations management and engineering positions at companies such as Quimmco, Benchmark Electronics, and CTS Electronics, where responsibilities included quality oversight, process improvement, and cross-functional team leadership. Francisco holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Matamoros.
