Nuno Mendonça is an experienced software and electronics engineer with a career spanning over two decades in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Teamleader for Software Vision/PC/Robotics at IPTE since November 2022, Nuno inspires and mentors a team of software engineers while overseeing the development of machine vision algorithms and managing PC-based applications for industrial systems. Nuno co-founded Onsys, where responsibilities included client relations, budgeting, and the entire software development lifecycle. Prior roles include software engineering positions at ENC Energy and IPTE, focusing on tailored industrial applications and automation. Nuno holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a high school diploma in Electronics from Colégio de Gaia.
