Sofia Cruz

Sofia Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sofia started their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Following that, they joined Gamesa Energia Portugal as the Responsável Departamento Financeiro in 2000, remaining with the company until 2009. In 2009, they became an Assessora de Direção Faculdade Economia e Gestão at Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto until 2011. Sofia then joined Enel as a Controller in 2012 and worked there until 2015. Since 2015, they have held the position of Head of Finance and HR at IPTE.

Sofia Cruz's education history includes several academic achievements. In 1995 to 1998, they attended Universidade Católica Portuguesa and obtained a Licenciatura in Gestão e Adm Empresas. Sofia then pursued further education at Católica Porto Business School in 2009, where they earned a Master's degree in Finance, General. Following that, in the same year, they completed an MBA program specializing in Finance, General at Católica Porto Business School. Sofia continued their educational journey by undertaking a Postgraduate Degree in Gestão de Pessoas at Porto Business School from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, in 2022, they participated in the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
