Tom Meredith

Tom Meredith serves as a Partner at Brightstar Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm, since September 2015, focusing on value creation through partnerships with exceptional families, founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams. In addition to this role, Tom holds various leadership positions including Board Vice Chair at Likewize, Board Chair at REMarkets, Chairman and Co-Founder of Verb Inc., and Board Member at multiple companies including KEY Concierge, Nulo, Inc., and Umbel, Inc. Tom's extensive experience also includes serving as Chairman at IPX, Inc., and Rallyhood, along with previously holding the position of Chairman & General Partner at Meritage Capital. Tom's academic background includes an SEP from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an LL.M. in Taxation and International Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Saint Francis University.
