Mark Bullock is the Senior Vice President, Attorney, and Regional Manager of the Mountain Region at Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. They previously served as Legal Counsel and State Manager at First American Exchange Company from 2005 to 2021. Mark earned a BA in American Studies from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor from BYU Law School, completing their legal education in 2001.
