Stephen Decker

Stephen Decker is the Senior Vice President and Western Region Sales Manager at Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc (IPX1031), where they have been instrumental in business development since 2009. With nearly a decade of experience, Stephen has successfully participated in over 4,000 1031 exchanges, facilitating a range of transactions from simple delayed exchanges to complex build-to-suit transactions. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Exchange Specialist at WaMu 1031 Exchange and held positions in the accounting department at TIMCOR Exchange Corporation. Stephen earned a BA in English Literature from North Carolina State University and is currently pursuing further education at San Francisco State University.
