Chris Mitseff currently serves as the Regional Lead for the Midwest at IQ-EQ, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Chris was the Managing Director of Compliance at Blue River Partners, part of IQ-EQ, from January 2018 to April 2022, overseeing regulatory compliance and operational solutions for various financial firms. Chris held the position of Director of Compliance at Blue River Partners, LLC from June 2016 to January 2018 and at HighGround Trading, LLC from July 2012 to June 2016, where responsibilities included the development and enforcement of compliance programs in line with CFTC regulations. Chris started the professional career as a Field Supervisor at the National Futures Association from June 2007 to July 2012, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington in 2007.
