Elodie Besson

Elodie Besson currently serves as the Internal Communication and Engagement Manager for Continental Europe at IQ-EQ since May 2024. Previously, Elodie held the position of Internal Communication Manager at Swiss Life Global Solutions from June 2022 to May 2024, and before that, worked at Amazon as a Program Manager for Europe in Amazon Transportation Services from August 2021 to June 2022. Elodie’s experience also encompasses roles at PwC Luxembourg, where responsibilities included Internal Communications Specialist from September 2019 to August 2021 and Marketing and Communications Officer from February 2006 to December 2007. An educational background includes a Master in International Business from NEOMA Business School and further studies in education and institutional communication. Prior to a career in communications, Elodie was a Primary School Teacher at Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse from September 2014 to September 2019 and co-founded Bellamane, Ryad & Spa, managing marketing and public relations activities from June 2009 to February 2012.
