Mark Wilson

Mark Wilson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and fund accounting. Currently serving as the Client Relationship Director Team Lead at IQ-EQ since December 2012, Mark leads the Guernsey off-shore private equity team, overseeing reporting and investment analysis for international clients. In addition, Mark holds the position of Executive Director at IQ-EQ Depositary Company (UK) Limited since November 2022. Previous roles include Finance Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included managing central reporting for European branches, and Certified Fund Accountant at Baillie Gifford, where management of international funds and regulatory compliance were key tasks. Mark began a career in accounting at Michael Hunter & Company and is a qualified accountant with ACCA certification. Academic qualifications include a degree in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University.
