Toby Ritch

Toby Ritch currently serves as the Global Head of Client Delivery at IQ-EQ, a prominent investor services group with over 5,500 employees and more than US$750 billion in assets under administration. Prior to this role, Toby was the Chief Executive Officer at Revantage Asia, a Blackstone Company, leading the organization through significant transformation and operational enhancements. Toby's extensive experience at BlackRock includes roles as Managing Director, COO, and Head of Business Operations for Asia Pacific, as well as driving operational risk initiatives following the acquisition of Barclays Global Investors. Earlier career experience includes positions at Deutsche Asset Management, where Toby managed key relationships and oversaw business process improvements. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
