Begars Ussembayev

Begars Ussembayev has a strong background in IT management and business development. Begars has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2020 to the present, Ussembayev has served as the Managing Director of Business Development and AIFC Branch Director at IQ Solutions, where they focus on digital strategy management and stakeholder management. Prior to that, they worked as the Business Development Director and AIFC Branch Director at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining IQ Solutions, Ussembayev was the Director of Business Development at CerebroLAB from 2019 to 2020, where they played a key role in developing IT solutions and managing digital content creation strategy. Begars also served as the Director of the IT Project Management Office at JSC "National Holding KazAgro" from 2018 to 2019, where they coordinated IT improvement and optimization efforts and managed IT infrastructure.

From 2018 to 2020, Ussembayev worked as the Director of the Information Technology Department at Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP. In this role, they oversaw IT operational management and developed the IT digital strategy for the organization. Earlier in their career, Ussembayev worked as a Solution Architect at NC Production Operations Company B.V. from 2012 to 2014, where they contributed to the design and development of IT architectures. Begars also gained experience in IT administration and support roles at AGIP KAZAKHSTAN NORTH CASPIAN OPERATING COMPANY N.V. from 2008 to 2012 and Ersai Caspian Contractor LLC from 2005 to 2008.
