Michael Bloor

Michael Bloor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at ARRIS since April 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded IQ3Connect Inc. in October 2017.

From October 2017 to February 2023, Michael worked as a Business Development Executive at Ansys. Before that, they worked at Articulus as a Corporate Storyteller from February 2015 to September 2017, where they helped individuals and leaders improve their communication skills.

From January 2010 to January 2015, Michael served as a Board Member at ESI US Inc., guiding the operation and targeting US Government Defense business. Michael also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ESI US Inc. from September 2002 to January 2015, during which they grew the business's revenue from $6M to over $20M and managed all aspects of operations.

Between March 1997 and September 2002, Michael worked as the Sales Director at Vibro-Acoustic Sciences, responsible for the global sales organization. And from August 1984 to March 1997, they served as the Regional Manager at Schenck Trebel Corporation, where they significantly grew the revenue of the Midwest Region and managed sales staff and technical support teams.

Michael Bloor attended Clarkson University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a BS degree in Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained several certifications in the field of Corporate Storytelling. Michael became a Corporate Storyteller in August 2003, a Corporate Storytelling Coach in May 2014, and a Corporate Storytelling Instructor in May 2015. These certifications were obtained from Articulus, Inc.
