Carol Chesney

Carol Chesney is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong background in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. They currently serve as a Non Executive Director at Hunting PLC, Imagination Technologies, IQE, and Hill & Smith PLC, while having previously held similar positions at Renishaw plc and Biffa. Carol was a Group Finance Manager at English China Clays from 1991 to 1994, and they served as Company Secretary at Halma plc between 1995 and 2018. They began their career as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co from 1984 to 1991. Carol holds a BA in Mathematics from Randolph College and has attended both the University of Reading and the University of Oxford - Said Business School.
