Shane McDonald is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environmental management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior HSE Lead at IQE since October 2022, Shane manages health, safety, and environmental protocols for three sites in South Wales, successfully leading them to obtain certifications in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
