Stuart Edwards

Stuart Edwards serves as the Director of Product Management at IQE since March 2022, specializing in the Automotive & Industrial business unit with a focus on GaN for power applications and shaping the strategic direction in this area. Prior to this role, Stuart was the Business Development Director at IQE Silicon Compounds from June 2016 to June 2023. Stuart's career spans several key positions at International Rectifier and Infineon Technologies, including GaN Process Integration Manager and GaN Technology Development Engineer, alongside a role as a Silicon Technology Development Engineer. Earlier experience includes a position as a Dry Etch Process Engineer at Newport Wafer Fab Limited from July 1996 to March 2002.
