Adeline Verhellen

Adeline Verhellen is an experienced legal professional specializing in banking litigation and debt recovery. Currently serving as a Juriste contentieux bancaire at iQera since October 2020, Adeline oversees the forced recovery of bank claims against both individual and corporate debtors, focusing on claims subcontracted through securitization funds. Prior to this role, Adeline worked at CONCILIAN, managing a portfolio of approximately 1,200 client cases for the Group CREDIT DU NORD, and also held positions at Caf-Allocations familiales, where responsibilities included managing fraud cases, and at Eloquence avocats, focusing on legal research and debt recovery strategies. Adeline holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the Université de droit, économie et gestion de Valenciennes, complemented by a Master 1 and a Bachelor’s degree in commercial and corporate law.
