Brian Bleile has had a successful career in various leadership positions in the technology industry. Brian is currently the Senior Vice President at IQGeo, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at ZOLL Data, starting in December 2019. In this role, Brian led a team responsible for the entire customer journey post-sale, including Professional Services, Project Management, Consulting, Client Success, Managed Services, and Global Support.
Before joining ZOLL Data, Brian was the Vice President of Global Operations & Support at ClickFox, where they oversaw the global operations and support of their SaaS platform. Brian had been with ClickFox since 2008, initially serving as the Operations Manager - Global Services before being promoted to Vice President.
Earlier in their career, Brian held the position of VP of Global Client Services at Verso Technologies, where they led the transformation of the Services Business Unit for the wireless backhaul telecom company. Brian also worked at NICE Systems as the Director of Services, responsible for the planning and delivery of Consulting Services for the Southeast United States and Central/South America.
Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on improving service levels, operational processes, and financials. Brian has effectively managed teams and implemented strategies to drive business success and enhance client relationships.
Brian Bleile completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems at University College from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering from Arapahoe Community College between 1990 and 1992. In addition to their formal education, Brian also holds certifications in Employee Experience, Hiring and Developing Your Future Workforce, and Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn.
