Anthony Rosetta

Anthony Rosetta has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anthony is currently the Director of Finance at IQHQ, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at JLL as an Associate from July 2019 to February 2022.

Before JLL, Anthony was a Debt Analyst at HFF from August 2018 to July 2019, where they served as a capital intermediary in the commercial real estate industry. Anthony achieved several accolades during their time at HFF, including being the #1 Capital Markets Intermediary in San Diego in 2017.

From March 2014 to August 2017, Anthony worked as a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm. During their tenure, they provided valuable insights and services to clients in the field of commercial real estate.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Anthony gained experience as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Fenway Properties from September 2013 to February 2014. Anthony focused on value-add opportunities and building relationships with private/institutional investors.

Earlier in their career, Anthony worked as a Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, supporting the brokerage team with financial modeling and analysis. Anthony also gained experience in production and quality control at Luchner Tool Engineering in 2011.

In 2010, Anthony interned at RPR Partners, LLP, a CPA firm specializing in tax consulting for real estate and entrepreneurial business. Anthony received training and worked directly with tax professionals.

Anthony's early work experience includes a role as an Associate at HeadNorth, a non-profit organization supporting individuals and families affected by spinal cord injuries. Anthony worked on office projects, board presentations, and developed the organization's social networking platforms.

Anthony Rosetta earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business from Pepperdine University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Anthony then pursued further education at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services from 2012 to 2013.
