Jonathan Praw

Jonathan Praw has extensive work experience in investment and real estate companies. Jonathan is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at IQHQ since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Kilroy Realty Corporation from August 2019 to September 2020, and also worked as the Senior Vice President of Investments at the same company from April 2018 to August 2019.

Before joining Kilroy Realty Corporation, Jonathan was a Vice President at Equus Capital Partners, Ltd (formerly BPG Properties, Ltd) from 2007 to March 2018. Jonathan started their career as an Associate at AEW Capital Management from 2005 to 2007, and also worked as an Associate at CommonWealth Partners from 2003 to 2005.

Jonathan Praw attended Brentwood High School from 1995 to 1999. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1999 to 2003.
