Ryan Weber

Ryan Weber has a diverse work experience in the field of commercial real estate and sales. Ryan is currently serving as the Vice President of Leasing at IQHQ REIT since September 2020. Prior to this, from January 2011 to July 2020, they worked as a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank.

Before joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ryan held the position of Vice President, Head of Life Science Practice Group at GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners from January 2007 to February 2011. At GVA, they were responsible for developing new business accounts, advising clients on real estate strategy, negotiating transactions, managing the Life Science Practice Group, and writing industry market reports. Ryan also played a key role in implementing a new sales tracking system and establishing a national Life Science Practice Group.

Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Vice President at NAI Hunneman Commercial from March 2004 to August 2007. Ryan focused on tenant and landlord representation in the Cambridge and Inner suburban markets and received the Rookie of the Year award. Ryan also worked as an Associate at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners from January 2003 to March 2004. Additionally, they started their career as an Inside Sales Associate at eBenefits, Inc from January 1999 to January 2001.

Ryan Weber completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Kenyon College in the years 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Choate Rosemary Hall and achieved honors in Art, completing their studies in 1993. Ryan later pursued a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Management at Bentley University from 2006 to 2009.
