Haley Williams

Haley Williams is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Specialist I at IQMS since May 2018 and as an IT-Ready Student with Creating IT Futures since July 2017, where the program focuses on developing tech workforce skills in the San Luis Obispo area. Previous roles include Support Tier 1 at PEAK 15 Systems and Support at Retail Cloud, where training and troubleshooting for point-of-sale software were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes work as an IT Level 1 Technician at Paso Robles Tech, providing hardware repair, software installation, and customer service. Haley Williams studied at Cuesta College from 2007 to 2009.
