Andrea Marte

Andrea Marte, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at IQPC, overseeing HR services across multiple business units since January 2024. Previously, Andrea held the role of Human Resources Manager at the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) from August 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and U.S. benefits for the organization. With extensive experience in human resources and finance management gained at VALRHONA from 2013 to 2022, Andrea successfully handled the full employee lifecycle and was involved in strategic project management related to HR and accounting services. Early career experience includes roles at AllAir HVAC, LLC as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, completed in 2010.
