Bob M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bob started their career in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician First Class, where they maintained mission-critical systems on submarines and received recognition for their exceptional performance.
After leaving the Navy, Bob joined NEC Technologies as a Production Engineer, where they managed a team of technicians in repairing production rejects for NEC Multi-Sync monitors and external CD ROM drives.
In 1996, Bob joined Siemens Energy and Automation as an Application Engineer, focusing on bringing the SIMATIC WinCC product to the US market.
In 1998, Bob founded iQuest Inc., a company specializing in SCADA and HMI development for industrial automation solutions. As the President and Chief Software Architect, they established himself as an expert SCADA consultant and trainer in the industry.
In 2003, Bob co-founded Process Software Solutions (PSS) with Pat Meere, where they created and sold WinCC Audit, a software option for Siemens SIMATIC WinCC SCADA used for FDA Validation of processes.
Most recently, Bob founded iQagent in 2014 with Pat Meere. iQagent, inc. is an industrial app and software provider, and their flagship product is a practical augmented reality app.
Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated their expertise in industrial automation, software development, and leadership roles.
Bob M. attended Pell City High School from 1980 to 1984. After completing high school, they went on to enroll at Georgia Southwestern State University from 1995 to 1997. At the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electronics Technology.
