Amanda Fifield

Amanda Fifield is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager at IQUW since May 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at ERS, including Technical Training and Development Manager (July 2018 - May 2021) and a variety of positions ranging from Senior Training Advisor to Claims Handler (January 2000 - January 2018). Amanda holds an Intermediate Diploma in Learning & Development from CIPD (2016 - 2017), a Coaching Certificate from the Neuroleadership Group (2012 - 2013), a Certificate in Line Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management (2009 - 2010), and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (1995 - 1998).
