Mark Thompson is currently the Underwriting and Claims Assurance Manager at IQUW since September 2021. Prior to that, Mark held various roles at ERS for over two decades, including Claims Governance Manager, Team Leader, Technical Advisor, and Claims Technician. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and a Master of Laws degree in Environmental Law, both from Aberystwyth University.
